You ordered from us and product was not delivered in good condition?
Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please leave a remark on the delivery record sheet and take pictures for proof.
You have opened the packaging and find that the product is damaged/ defective /not your size or not what you ordered?
We want to get to the bottom of this. Please contact us via the website Contact Us page or email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the product explaining the reason of return/exchange along with other key information for us to understand your return.
What happens next?
We shall ask you to send us the product with the receipt in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return/ exchange or refund may not be possible.
What if its an exchange?
The exchange will be sent to your address within 7 working days unless specified otherwise. In exchange, if the required size/style is not available, you will be issued a credit/voucher note in the amount of the order/product returned. The credit/voucher note issued to you will be valid for 1 month from the date of issuance. We do not provide or reimburse for reverse pick ups. An item bought during sales can only be exchanged.
What about your refund?
Once we receive the acceptable returns and check it, we will credit the money back to your account within 7-10 working days via bank/mobile wallet transfer. We keep our promises 🙂
